By creating an account or using Newlyr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02The service
Newlyr is an AI vocal replacement tool. It separates a song’s vocals from its instrumental, lets you mute selected words, records your replacement vocals in the browser, and exports a merged track.
03Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up.
- One account per person.
04Music and copyright
Newlyr is a tool, not a licence. Using it does not give you any rights to the songs you upload.
- Only upload music that you own, are licensed to use, or that is in the public domain.
- You keep ownership of the recordings you make.
- We respond to valid copyright takedown notices.
05What you may not do
- Infringe anyone’s copyright or other intellectual property.
- Create unlawful, harmful or abusive content.
- Bypass usage limits or security measures, or reverse engineer the service.
- Resell access or use bots and automated tools.
- Upload another person’s voice without their consent.
- Create deepfakes intended to deceive.
06Plans and payments
Your first remix is free. After that, you can choose a plan. All payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Starter, ₹79 for 15 days. A one-time payment. It does not renew automatically.
- Pro, ₹110 per month. Billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We generally do not refund partial periods.
- If prices change, we will give you 30 days’ notice.
07Limitation of liability
Newlyr is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not responsible for copyright infringement by users or for loss of data.
08Indemnity
You agree to cover any losses Newlyr incurs as a result of your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
09Ending your account
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing rishabhsapra13@gmail.com.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
11Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we will tell you by email. Continuing to use Newlyr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
